Rottnest Cruises has launched an interactive sea-to-plate dining experience that serves up the freshest of West Australian seafood.
The Wild Seafood Experience will allow visitors to board a charter vessel from Thomson Bay, Rottnest Island, catch their own western rock lobster and indulge in a local seafood feast.
